Early rehabilitation work for the University of Washington helped to launch a well-earned reputation for preserving and rejuvenating many of Seattle's most significant historic buildings, including the widely-profiled Cadillac Hotel and the King County Courthouse.

Recent work has included Artspace Hiawatha Lofts, Kenyon House, and the YWCA learning center and King County Library at Greenbridge.
